Payment

Tuition is due prior to the first lesson of each month.  You will not be billed, as the tuition is a fixed amount.  We give a grace period until the 15th of the month, after which you will be charged a late fee of $10.00.  This late fee also applies to any show, costume or competition team fees.  When you enroll a child with us, you are enrolling him/her for an entire season of classes – i.e., August through the end of the year show.* If your child is unable to attend, the tuition is still due the 1st of the month in order to reserve his/her spot in the class.  We have a waiting list for most of our classes, so please keep us informed.  Please remember that the monthly payment is not related to the number of classes in the month.  The number of classes that occur in any given month depends on the calendar and any holidays that may take place during that month.  Since each month is different, some months will have 3 classes; others will have 4 or 5 classes.  We ensure everything balances out over the year and that your child will attend at least 40 classes.  

May and 1/4 June Tuition is combined and will be due May 1st.

 

 Even though you enroll for the full season, we do allow you to drop at any time.  If you wish to drop, please fill out an Add/Drop Form by the 15th of the month, and you will have no further obligation.  Add/ Drop forms can be picked up from the receptionist. Please remember that we MUST to be contacted if your child is dropping his/her class or you will remain responsible for that tuition.

 

Registration Fee: A fee of $25.00 is due at the time of registration.  Each additional family member that registers is an additional $15.00 per student.  The first month tuition is due at registration. The registration fee is a non-refundable fee.
Show fee:  There is an annual Show Fee of $50.00.  For Families with multiple dancers- each additional dancer is $25.00.  This fee pays for the scenery, stage hands, lighting crew, and the auditorium rental, which is all due in advance.  The show fee is a non-refundable fee.
Family Discount: There is a $10.00 monthly discount for each additional dancer in the same immediate family after the first student.
Returned Checks:  All returned checks must be paid in cash, plus a $30.00 returned check fee. Once returned you may be asked to pay cash for the following months on a case by case basis.
